I first met Brother Bill in the early spring of 2002. I had traveled down to SVBA from Columbus to introduce myself as a new state convention missionary (SCBO). From the first moment we met I liked brother Bill. His smile, mustache, kind demeanor, and of course his signature cowboy hat, were staples I came to enjoy until his passing this week.
